Christmas lights

We got to go look at a very nice lights display in Arkadelphia last night. It was COLD, but really enjoyable. Here are some pictures, and a new recipe review below the pics!

YUMMY! A keeper for sure. My suggestion would be to keep a careful watch while baking so that it doesn't get too dry... what a wonderful dish full of veggies!
